Complaint
If there is a defect in the item, you should write to us by email about the error within a reasonable time after discovering it. We will then inform you on how to proceed.
Right of withdrawal and returns
The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the goods as a buyer, in accordance with European law. If you wish to undo the purchase and return the item in substantially unchanged condition, you will be refunded the purchase price, including eventual shipping costs. You cover shipment expenses of the return of goods.
